This was a post I started a week ago and just finished today... enjoy!
So I am blown away, by how powerfully God has been working in not only my life, but in the people of this school! Yesterday we prepared our hearts for the Lord and prayed about any sins or things that we might have in our lives that were sepperating us from God. After surrendering them to God by righting them on a peice of paper and burning them in a huge bomb fire, we had communion and worship. Then Donna our teacher, brought us back to the tent(where we have our daily teachings) and told us how we would need eachother to support and keep one another accountable. In order to drive home this point she decided we should do a little body surfing and was the first one to take a dive into the crowd!!! It was incredible! Almost all of us did it. We would climb up a ladder onto this platforma and then fall straight back into the crowd and be carried back. The whole time a worship song that kept proclaiming "I will fly like an eagle." hahahaha never in my life did I expect to moshplit and body serf with a 70 year old woman! Donna is such an example to us all in the way in which she lives and has completely surrendered her life to the Lord, I hope to live as she does in all my days to come!
